They are looking for a Quant Researcher to join their platform for managing the liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses to support liquidity and product development teams.
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to derive insights and pinpoint market trends.
• Work closely with traders to research, evaluate, and refine existing models.
• Collaborate with various teams to embed quantitative research into operational strategies.

Desired Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of on-chain analytics and blockchain data sources.
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization techniques, and backtesting frameworks.
• Strong logical reasoning abilities, capability to perform under pressure, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is required.
