They're a company committed to innovative technology to maximize every student's learning potential.

The B2B Business Development & Sales professional will drive growth by acquiring new schools and nurturing strong relationships within the education sector. This role combines new business development with account management, focusing on building long-term partnerships and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive annual revenue by acquiring new school clients.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to contract renewal.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., vice principals, heads of curriculum).
  • Lead Generation: Maintain a database of potential leads and establish a consistent pipeline.
  • Client Transition: Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture product feedback from educators and students to inform internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in education technology or software.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients.
  • Understanding of Education Dynamics: Strong grasp of the educational sector's complexities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong plus.
