Position Overview

Seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to focus on developing blockchain-based custody solutions to support current and future projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap for Fiat and Payments
• Manage the Custody product roadmap, setting expectations with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft customer-focused messaging.
• Lead the integration process with fiat banking partners and payment service providers.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for seamless integrations.
• Work with finance to ensure accurate reporting and effective cash management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven experience in launching and managing banking integrations or payment products in complex systems.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including traditional banking and digital wallets.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
