Our client, A leading Fintech company is seeking a Hong Kong-based Solutions Architect to support sales and provide technical expertise for its cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure products. You will be the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, requiring strong communication skills (English, Mandarin, and Cantonese) and a solid technical background in software development, cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain. This global role involves daily interaction with international business leaders and major players in the blockchain and financial services sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of blockchain products and services by providing technical sales support.
• Lead technical discussions during the sales process, including presentations, demos, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams, providing customer feedback.
• Lead technical aspects of product development, deployment, and production.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years in technical software presales for financial services/government clients.
• 3+ years hands-on software development experience, preferably blockchain/Web3.
• Knowledge of cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain technologies.
• Excellent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills.
• Experience working with China-based engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs, especially HKGOV projects a plus.
