Job Description:
Trading Support Engineer
Our client is quantitative trading firm that focuses on developing a diversified portfolio of sophisticated systematic strategies and innovative tools to achieve high quality, uncorrelated returns across a wide array of crypto assets with an average daily trading volume of over $1B USD, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities: 
- Develop comprehensive working knowledge of internal systems. 
- Troubleshoot, identify root causes and proactively suggest solutions and enhancements 
- Provide timely response and resolution to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams 
- Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems 
- Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures 
- Assist with system automation projects 
- Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation 
Requirements: 
- At least 2 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience 
- Have a good understanding of financial products 
- Strong technical skills and interest in technologies such as Python & Linux 
- Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations 
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and doesnt settle for mediocrity 
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice 
- Ideally with an advanced degree in STEM
