Customer Services Specialist - Investment Advisory

My client a leading bank is seeking an experienced Customer Services Specialist to help provide investment advice to their everyday customers. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute I license, and will be responsible for providing financial guidance to clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients to provide investment guidelines and recommend suitable financial products.
  • Assess clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Document client interactions and update customer records accurately in the database.
  • This is a shift-based role with the earliest at 8.00AM. 

Qualifications:

  • Valid Investment Advisor license, such as HKSI certification.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Strong customer-focused approach to work.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
