As a System Administrator, you will:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• PC and Software installation and configuration as well as software patching for end users
• Manage and maintain the video conferencing equipment in the office
• Manage and maintain scripts for log backup or server backup
• Manage organization user accounts, network routers, switches, firewalls and virtual servers.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users
• Responsible for hardware and software, including, but not limited to procurement, set up, upgrade and maintenance
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
• Support in automating workflow by scripting
• Participate in design of IT infrastructure for new business initiatives and assist in adoption of new technology

Required Skillset

• You should get in touch if:
• You hold a degree in computer science, information technology, information engineering or related discipline
• You have at least 2+ years relevant experience in IT industry
• You are passionate about learning new technology
• You ideally have exposure to OS (Windows & Linux) installation configuration, troubleshooting, network device and hardware
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
