Job Description:

The candidate is responsible to support of a trading system used by traders:

1. System Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of the trading system, including traders, operations teams, and other stakeholders. Respond to user inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure system availability.

2. Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents, track issues, and provide timely resolution or escalation. Investigate and diagnose system problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

3. System Monitoring: Monitor the performance and availability of the trading system, proactively identify potential issues or anomalies, and take appropriate actions to ensure system stability.

4. Configuration and Maintenance: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of the trading system software and related components. Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business users to implement changes and enhancements.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field is typically required. Additional certifications or training in financial markets or trading systems can be beneficial.

2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and knowledge of trading system architectures, components, and functionalities. Familiarity with financial market concepts, trading workflows, and related technologies (e.g., FIX protocol) is advantageous.

3. Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks.

4. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic trading environment. Responsive and proactive in addressing user needs and resolving issues.
