We're seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join and consult for a leader in the Resorts & Gaming industry. As a key member of the transformation team, the Digital BA will help drive the next generation of products offered to customers through mobile and web platforms. You'll work closely with the product team to analyzing our customer needs in conjunction with the companies goals and identifying opportunities for improvement. Through structured frameworks, the Digital Business Analyst will be essential in bringing ideas to reality.

This opportunity is 100% WFH.

The Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' digital product processes and how they will enhance the current suite of products
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize digital operations
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Drive meetings with stakeholders, ensuring requirements are collected correctly and effectively.
• Monitor and track the performance of digital initiatives

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years' of experience in a digital business analyst or a similar role
• Strong understanding of customer through to product work flows
• Past experience working on mobile and web based platform, especially customer facing applications.
• Confident communicator and interpersonal skills
• Proactiveness in driving project outcomes 
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
