IT Officer - Audit & Certification
Job Description:
Our client, an established firm in the Asia Pacific region for over 50 years and a regional provider dedicated to sustainable, integrated solutions in data management, security printing, card solutions, and digital transformation, is seeking an IT Officer to join them in Hong Kong. The IT Officer will join their team as a Document Control Specialist. In this role, you'll have ownership of the documents auditing process, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and compliant with all standards.
This role is based in the Yuen Long office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update our audit document control systems to keep all records organized and secure.
- Review incoming documents to ensure they meet our formatting and naming conventions.
- Verify document accuracy and completeness, maintaining our high standards.
- Collaborate with auditors, providing necessary support during audits.
- Help the company maintain professional certifications.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire prevention systems.
- Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on document control processes.
- Monitor document control activities and ensure audit readiness.
- Assist in preparing and submitting audit reports.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory and industry standards.
- Work with IT and security teams to meet audit and certification requirements.
- Resolve any issues related to audit documentation and certification processes.
Requirements:
- A Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and accountability.
- At least 5 years of experience handling auditor inquiries with relevant documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 or PCI-DSS compliance is a plus.
- Experience in the security field is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in document management software.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Officer role.
