Sr. Support Analyst
Job Description:
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Application support of Wealth Management and Brokerage business for both Hong Kong and Singapore office
- Ensure software quality and smooth operations
- Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test Prepare technical documentation
- Business analysis and project management
- Collect user requirement, perform analysis and propose solution
- Liaise with vendor and in-house development team to implement IT solutions
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s)
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Brokerage or Wealth Management
- Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement system of securities, futures and Options, bonds, mutual funds and structure products
- Hands-on experience with Internet trading and Mobile trading system support Experience in SQL
- Knowledge in SAS is an advantage
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Good analytical and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
