Sr. Support Analyst

 Job Description:

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Application support of Wealth Management and Brokerage business for both Hong Kong and Singapore office
  • Ensure software quality and smooth operations
  • Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test Prepare technical documentation
  • Business analysis and project management
  • Collect user requirement, perform analysis and propose solution
  • Liaise with vendor and in-house development team to implement IT solutions


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s)
  • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in Brokerage or Wealth Management
  • Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement system of securities, futures and Options, bonds, mutual funds and structure products
  • Hands-on experience with Internet trading and Mobile trading system support Experience in SQL
  • Knowledge in SAS is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Good analytical and presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
