Trading Applications Support Engineer
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal trading systems, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes and proactively improve solutions and enhancements
- Timely respond to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams and resolve the tickets in a timely manner
- Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems
- Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures
- Assist with system automation projects
- Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation
Who You Are
- 2+ years of trading infrastructure and application support experience
- Strong technical skills and interest in technologies such as Python & Linux
- Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice
- Ideally with an advanced degree in STEM
