About the Role:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that enhance the customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations to meet our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, be familiar with Python, shell scripting, and task automation, and will collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement new development tools and infrastructure.
• Automate and improve development and release processes.
• Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
• Identify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes.
• Work with software developers and engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
• Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience.
• Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related engineering field from a top-tier university.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with mainstream monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with MySQL databases and various middleware.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (K8S).
