Our client, a leading investment bank in Asia, is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager/ Business Analyst to join and spearhead transformation projects supporting their investment banking, asset management and funds business.

Position Summary:

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various IT projects across multiple functions, specifically focusing on projects related to asset and investment management operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.



Responsibilities: 

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide guidance to team members based in their service centers.
• Ensure timely project execution and monitor resource utilization.
• Write functional documentations on operational flow and changes.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and propose resolutions.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven IT project management and business analyst experience (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of project methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills partner and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
