Web3 Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

The Web3 Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring efforts for a rapidly growing Web3 organization. This includes developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract, evaluate, and onboard top blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized technology talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deeply understand the skills, experience, and cultural fit required for diverse Web3 roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified Web3 candidates
  • Utilize a range of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, industry events, and direct outreach to identify top talent
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit for Web3 roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand evolving skill requirements and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging Web3 technologies, trends, and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Foster a strong employer brand and recruitment marketing presence in the Web3 community
  • Maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring approach aligned with company values

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in the technology or Web3 sector
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, DAOs, and related technologies
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills, leveraging a variety of recruiting methods
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse, high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and HR technology
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience hiring for Web3 roles such as blockchain engineers, crypto economists, solidity developers, etc.
  • Understanding of decentralized organizational structures and distributed work models
  • Familiarity with crypto wallets, token economics, and decentralized governance
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company
