Digital Business Analyst

 Job Description:

Position Summary

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of our digital products by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to define scope, document requirements, manage the backlog, and validate solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and performance expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to elicit, clarify, and prioritize business requirements for digital initiatives, enhancements, and projects.
  • Analyze business needs, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce clear requirement definitions and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specs and process flows.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and support backlog grooming with the Product Owner.
  • Work with delivery teams to translate requirements into implementable solutions and support clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders, drive timely sign-off and verify that delivered features meet agreed requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations that improve product performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support additional product-related tasks assigned by the Product Owner or Product Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with digital or mobile product environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and ceremonies, with experience supporting or facilitating agile delivery teams and ensuring adherence to agreed processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on mobile, web, or other front-end products.
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and/or Product Owner certification.
  • Experience with mobile app analytics tools and digital performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other product delivery tools.
