What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinate across global teams to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Support testing cycles including UAT and validation of trading applications
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on new features and systems
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in trading

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services
• Strong experience with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
• Solid understanding of trading systems, financial markets, and trading workflows
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple teams and time zones
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
