Infrastructure/Network Operations Support Engineer
Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain enterprise network and application delivery infrastructure in a global production environment.
- Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP/A10 load balancers, DNS, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform infrastructure changes, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to ensure high availability and service reliability.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations.
- Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (A10 ADC experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
- Scripting or automation experience using Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Financial services or large enterprise experience is highly preferred.
