We are seeking a talented Java Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of low latency experience, focus on creating low-latency connectivity to various crypto venues, including both CeFi and DeFi. Our work involves automated trading strategies, high-frequency data analysis, and advanced trading management systems.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the technical lead, liquidity managers, and product managers on strategy development and technical design solutions.
• Take ownership of the strategy production environment, focusing on feature enhancements and infrastructure upgrades to optimize performance.
• Proactively enhance strategies to ensure stability, scalability, and resilience, enabling 24/7 auto-recovery for seamless crypto trading.
• Manage projects by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the technical infrastructure and a broad perspective on product and business objectives.

What We Seek in You:

• A strong educational background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
