Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director of AI & Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for delivery of GenAI initiatives within digitalisation programme for the organisation.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify organizational opportunities, designing scalable innovative solutions (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, LLMs, agentic AI) to address critical needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, requirement analysis, and workflow design to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technology solutions before full-scale implementation.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality technology solution delivery.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical frameworks, user guides, and training materials, to enable smooth knowledge transfer.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to the organizations strategy.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure ROI, user adoption, and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven innovative environment, preferably in a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven track record in develop and execute product from POC to implementation.
• Proven experience on driving innovative technology solutions, preferred but not limited to AI/ML technologies, blockchain etc.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
