Location: US Remote (New York Preferred)
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional travel for major industry conferences
Salary: $160,000 + Stock options and Tokens

Description:
Our client is seeking a bilingual Product Manager fluent in English and spoken Mandarin to help build next-generation crypto products that bridge the Web2 and Web3 worlds. This role requires a unique blend of product intuition, crypto-native knowledge, and experience in high-scale consumer tech environments. You'll lead product development from ideation to launch and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver experiences that resonate with global crypto users.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto-native features and tools

• Conduct market research, analyze user behavior, and synthesize feedback to inform product strategy

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship Web3 and DeFi features with intuitive UX

• Translate complex crypto concepts into user-friendly product specs and interfaces

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams

• Drive innovation by staying current on AI integrations, blockchain protocols, and evolving user trends

• Travel occasionally to attend major industry events and represent the product vision externally

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: fluent in English and spoken Mandarin

• 3+ years of product management experience at a major consumer-facing Internet company (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Snap)

• Experience working at a leading crypto organization (CEX, DEX, launchpad, or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and crypto application design
• Passionate about crypto; familiar with trends, communities, and token ecosystems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Treats product research and user experience design as an ongoing pursuit, not just a task

• Willingness to travel for key crypto conferences and ecosystem events

Preferred:

• Familiarity with AI technologies, on-chain behavior analytics, or crypto-integrated ML models
• Previous experience in investing, venture capital, or evaluating crypto projects
