Location: Hammana, Lebanon (On-site)
Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $1,500–$2,500 USD per month

Their multidisciplinary team combines individual therapy, group work, family involvement, psychoeducation, assessment, and ongoing recovery support within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. 

Description:
Our client is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide individual and group therapy while supporting the broader clinical care of patients within a rehabilitation setting. This role will involve direct therapeutic work, patient assessments, treatment planning, documentation, case reviews, family communication, and coordination with other members of the clinical team.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical psychologist with at least three years of experience and a strong ability to manage both individual and group therapy sessions. Experience working with addiction, rehabilitation, or recovery-focused populations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients
  • Lead and facilitate structured group therapy and psychoeducation sessions
  • Perform psychological assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, reports, and patient records
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and coordinate with the wider clinical team
  • Communicate with families regarding patient progress, treatment planning, follow-up, and discharge where appropriate
  • Support discharge planning and post-treatment follow-up processes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members reporting into the role
  • Collaborate closely with other clinical and operational team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Contribute to additional clinical or organizational projects when required

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field
  • Current professional license to practice psychology
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical psychology experience
  • Experience conducting both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Strong experience with psychological assessment, treatment planning, case documentation, and clinical reporting
  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment environment
  • Willingness to appropriately share relevant patient information and clinical updates with the internal care team
  • Ability to manage group dynamics effectively and maintain structure during therapy sessions
  • Ability to work on-site in Hammana three days per week

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience working specifically with addiction or substance-use populations
  • Previous experience in a rehabilitation or residential treatment environment
  • Experience conducting family therapy or working closely with patients' families
  • EMDR training or experience
  • Experience supervising or providing guidance to junior clinical team members
