Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation, including at least one end-to-end Revenue Cloud project. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with deep CPQ configuration knowledge, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and a solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, and quote generation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, finance, and IT teams, to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis, define process improvements, and provide best-practice recommendations.
  • Participate in project planning, scoping, and documentation.
  • Train users and provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Stay current with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud updates and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Revenue Cloud implementation.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification (strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and related business processes.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken).
  • Based in Quebec, with the ability to work remotely and occasionally attend in-person meetings if needed.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
