Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a backend specialist with deep knowledge of cloud-native development, containerization, and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power next-generation blockchain infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
• Manage and optimize microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
• Utilize AWS cloud services to architect and deploy production-grade systems
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Chinese-speaking teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Go programming language and AWS cloud services
• Strong experience with Docker/Kubernetes in a production environment
• Practical DevOps experience with capabilities to establish CI/CD systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
