Job Description:
SPRAY PAINTER - IMMEDIATE START - FULL TIME HOURS
We are seeking a Spray Painter to join our team at our manufacturing facility in North Parramatta area. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting with the production of our high-quality camping trailers and Caravans. You will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and spray-painting Caravan & Camper Trailer chassis, related parts and accessories
- Performing quality checks and inspections on finished products
- Preparing, repairing and respraying products as required. This includes fibreglass panel repairs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment including Spray Booth
- Maintaining equipment and stock required for the process
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
- Experience in spray-painting of similar products
- Trade qualification will be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to demonstrate your skills prior to employment
Working hours:
- Monday-Thursday 6am 2:30pm.
- Friday, 6am 12pm.
