We are a well established market leader in the Glass Industry. Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass.
The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our job management system (ServiceM8) and ensuring seamless coordination across the business. This hybrid role combines operational planning, technical support, project coordination, and leadership on-site.
The ideal candidate will balance productivity, staff development, customer satisfaction, and budget alignment while acting as the right hand to the Operations Manager.

Requirements
- Glazier by trade
- Solid all round knowledge of various glass installations - strong on the replacement and aluminium side
- Focus on aluminium, shopfronts, office partitions, overhead partitions
- Must be super organised and can cope with changing situations
- Strong communication skills
- Computer savy
- Prepared to make decisions & work autonomously
- Prepared to lead people have difficult conversations
- Will jump on the tools and do what it takes to get the job done and meet the objectives of the role
