Sales & Projects Administrator

Role Summary:
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Sales & Project Administrator is a key support role for the business to ensure efficient handover of projects from the Sales and Estimating team to our Projects team with responsibilities that support the planning and delivery of projects.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with initial enquiries and setting up projects for estimating
  • Managing documentation and processing approvals in readiness for handover to the Projects team
  • Assisting with the planning phases of each project, ensuring ordering is completed in a timely manner and within budget
  • Recording all client interactions in the CRM and Project Management systems
  • Ensuring all assets and vehicles are serviced, repaired and maintained to support project delivery
  • Take delivery of goods/materials and assist with warehouse organisation (forklift licence an advantage)
  • General administrative support for all roles in the sales, estimating, projects and accounts teams.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in project administration and/or project accounts roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software preferred (accounting platforms would be highly regarded)
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written for thorough record keeping and note-taking
  • Strong ability to multitask and work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and build relationships
  • Be a team player
