Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Job Description:

1. Customize Microsoft Dynamics systems to align with clients' specific business processes, including modifying workflows and related modules.
2. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other supporting applications to ensure compatibility and seamless operation.
3. Adjust and format financial reports and templates based on the clients company standards.
4. Utilize additional functions and tools to extend Dynamics' capabilities while adhering to its built-in limitations.
5. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enhance their business processes.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC) or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics with external applications.
• Familiarity with supporting tools and functions for Dynamics customization.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C/AL for Dynamics BC or X++ for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Ability to modify workflows, particularly in finance modules.
• Strong understanding of enterprise or SME business processes, depending on the Dynamics version used.

Soft Skills:

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a growing team environment.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

• Experience in customizing complex approval flows.
• Knowledge of financial and operational modules in Dynamics 365 FO.
