About the job Head of Finance & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Budgeting

  • Lead the development, coordination, and implementation of financial plans and budgets across departments.
  • Ensure the effective validation of work plans and budgets, monitoring for compliance and accuracy.

2. Accounting Oversight

  • Guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting, including:
    • Company sales margin reports.
    • Inventory adjustments and management.

3. Audit and Tax Coordination

  • Oversee, execute, and evaluate audit activities and tax reporting. Responsibilities include:
    • Administration and reporting of company taxes (monthly and yearly).
    • Reconciliation of the general ledger with tax reports (all tax types).
    • Management of VAT e-invoice processing.
    • Oversight of bid bonds, performance bonds, maintenance bonds, and bank guarantees.
    • Annual tax reporting.

4. Treasury and Finance Management

  • Take charge of all treasury and finance-related activities.

5. Risk Management

  • Lead initiatives to identify and mitigate financial risks, including:
    • Monitoring exchange rates and implementing hedging strategies.
    • Managing interest rates and currency exchange differences.

6. IT Systems Oversight

  • Oversee the IT System department to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business needs.
  • Drive the development and optimization of financial and administrative systems to enhance efficiency.

7. Sales Administration Management

  • Supervise the Sales Administration department to ensure seamless support for the sales team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales order processing and reporting.



Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, accounting, auditing, and tax reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT systems and sales administration functions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software, IT systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
