About the job Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically source potential leads using a variety of methods (digital platforms, networking, etc.).
- Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and personalized meetings to introduce our solutions.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client's needs, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
- Navigate the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing the purchase order, with a keen eye on detail and client satisfaction.
- Handover successfully onboarded clients to the management team for ongoing account maintenance, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in the SaaS or digital product space.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to the sales process.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, capable of working independently and as part of a larger team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
