The candidate must also be driven to achieve and exceed hiring goals while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and align recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media platforms, CV databases, professional networks, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, while clearly communicating job expectations, benefits, and company culture.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process, including feedback loops and continuous improvement.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Analyze and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and pipeline health, to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and hiring tech talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms, professional networks, and job portals to proactively source top talent (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High-energy, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a passion for talent acquisition and employee experience.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and talent market research.


Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required)

  • Experience in designing and executing employer branding campaigns.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment automation tools.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and efficiency.
