The Opportunity: The HubSpot Marketing Specialist is a critical, hands-on player in the entire lifecycle of our digital marketing campaigns. This multifaceted role balances front-end execution, ensuring campaigns are visually appealing and optimized for conversion, with back-end operational integrity, focusing on automation, data management, and reporting. Your work will ensure our marketing efforts are trackable, scalable, and deeply impactful, contributing directly to pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and optimize engaging campaigns (nurture, announcements, promotions) from inception to deployment while ensuring brand consistency.
- Landing Pages & Forms: Design, build, and A/B test high-converting landing pages and forms within HubSpot to maximize lead generation and user experience.
- Campaigns & Attribution: Set up integrated marketing campaigns and ensure proper attribution tracking is in place to measure marketing's influence on pipeline and revenue.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop targeted audience lists and leverage HubSpot's smart content and dynamic features to create highly personalized user experiences.
- CTAs & Conversion: Implement and continuously test HubSpot CTAs to improve conversion rates across various marketing assets.
- UTM & Ad Performance: Manage UTM tracking parameters for all campaigns and monitor paid media performance within HubSpot, linking ad spend to overall campaign results.
- Event Support: Support marketing events by creating registration pages, confirmation emails, and engagement tracking mechanisms.
- Reporting: Develop and present clear campaign attribution reports to showcase the full customer journey and marketing impact.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, in-depth experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to design engaging email campaigns and high-converting landing pages.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Data Fluency: Deep understanding of campaign attribution models and experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline.
- Tracking Expertise: Proven experience with UTM tracking and linking paid media data to HubSpot for comprehensive reporting.
- Testing Skills: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for continuous optimization.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts or data insights.

- HubSpot Certifications: Highly desirable certifications such as Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Software, or Reporting and Analytics.
