The Opportunity: We are seeking an Advisor/Implementation Analyst to join our growing Professional Services organization. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the customer's success by supporting them throughout the implementation process, from requirements gathering and configuration to training and adoption. You will act as a consultant, helping clients apply best practices in maintenance and reliability while ensuring the seamless deployment of the platform.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Implementation Support: Support platform implementations and integrated systems for both new and existing customers.
  • Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze client requirements to design optimal configurations tailored to their operational needs.
  • Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops and user training sessions to drive product adoption.
  • Deployment Activities: Participate in testing, deployment, and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive implementation guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project leads and various departments including IT, operations, maintenance, and procurement.
  • Data Management: Support data migration, validation, and reporting setup to ensure system integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our implementation tools and methodologies.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in software implementation or consulting, specifically with CMMS, EAM, or ERP systems.
  • Language Requirements (Mandatory): Bilingual in French and English. For French, a certificate of DELF (B2) or DALF (C1) is required.
  • Consulting Mindset: A customer-first approach with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Curiosity: The ability to learn complex systems and a high attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills and Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a strong asset.
  • Understanding of accounting and procurement processes.
  • Experience delivering customer training or professional workshops.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with IoT or predictive maintenance concepts.
