The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Implementation Coordinator to help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. This role serves as a great entry point into Customer Success for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and keeping projects on track. You will own the structure, scheduling, and momentum of the implementation process, ensuring every customer has a clear path from onboarding through completion. By working closely with Sales, Implementation Consultants, and customers, you will set expectations, drive timelines, and ensure customers successfully adopt our platform. This position directly impacts customer experience, implementation speed, and long-term success, while also supporting the team with light system and administrative work in a well-rounded role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, guiding customers through the onboarding process and introducing them to our platform training structure.
  • Project Momentum: Own the structure and scheduling of the full implementation program, mapping out a defined timeframe (e.g., 8–10 weeks) and managing all kickoff and training sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales and Implementation Consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of technical training and set clear expectations with customers.
  • Engagement Monitoring: Track implementation progress and proactively re-engage stalled customers to drive project completion or guide them to self-service resources.
  • System Administration: Support the team by building audits and templates within the platform, managing user access, and updating organizational structures.
  • Internal Support: Assist with internal tickets and administrative tasks that support the broader Implementation team's efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications and Skills)

  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1 level).
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in SaaS, customer support, or project coordination roles.
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to set expectations and keep customers accountable.
  • Technical Adaptability: Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly to support platform administration.
  • Professional Interest: A genuine interest in Customer Success, operations, or the SaaS industry.
  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail to ensure zero broken components in the onboarding journey.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues before they become bottlenecks in the implementation process.
