The Opportunity: As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will lead a team of three with responsibility for managing HubSpot's marketing analytics, reporting, and strategy. This role is a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution. You will own the optimization of our marketing efforts, including email marketing, PPC, and website assets. Working closely with Marketing and RevOps leadership, you will develop scaled insights to evaluate program impact and drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Marketing Automation & Email: Act as the automation guru, responsible for email program development and execution, including complex segmentation, testing, and deployment.
- Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot. Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and lead quality, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Web & PPC Optimization: Oversee all website and microsite properties and manage PPC efforts to drive quality leads, reduce friction, and increase conversion rates.
- Campaign Analysis & Attribution: Integrate campaigns with HubSpot for tracking and revenue attribution. Analyze performance results to recommend and test new ideas.
- Funnel Strategy: Partner across teams to support essential operations such as lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and data cleansing.
Testing & Growth: Plan and perform A/B testing to increase productivity, conversion rates, and overall program ROI. - Leadership & Mentorship: Oversee and mentor a team of three, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth while aligning goals with cross-functional teams.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on technology trends, competitor movements, and emerging marketing technologies.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 2+ years as a Marketing Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- HubSpot Expertise: 2+ years of deep experience with HubSpot, specifically for tracking activities throughout the marketing and sales funnel.
- Builder Mentality: A "roll up the sleeves" approach with a hands-on mentality toward building and fixing systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analysis (Excel/SQL).
- Strategic Presenter: Proven success in planning marketing campaigns and the ability to present data-driven insights to executive leadership.
- Leadership: Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience in project management.

- HubSpot Certifications: Being HubSpot Certified is considered a significant plus.
