The Opportunity:
 The Website Manager is the technical and strategic owner of the company's web presence. This role sits at the intersection of web performance, conversion optimization, analytics, and growth. You will ensure our website is fast, measurable, and actively contributing to the pipeline. This is not a "ticket-taking" role; we are looking for a strategist who identifies opportunities before they are assigned and translates data insights into revenue-generating actions.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Performance & CRO Ownership: Accountable for end-to-end website performance, targeting a Google PageSpeed score of 85+. Lead the CRO strategy, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and heatmap analysis to lift conversion. 
  • Analytics & Reporting Command: Maintain GA4 properties and dashboards. Deliver monthly reporting on traffic sources, landing pages, and conversion rates, as well as monthly web health reports using GTmetrix. 
  • Web Infrastructure & QA: Own the health of our web infrastructure, including error monitoring and uptime. Enforce a thorough QA process for all releases to ensure zero broken components in production. 
  • Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop a roadmap for web improvements and CRO tied explicitly to revenue growth. Present optimization ideas to marketing leadership with supporting data and projected impact. 
  • Tag Management: Build and maintain Google Tag Manager to support conversion and paid media tracking in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies. 
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify issues before they become problems, maintain a transparent roadmap of technical debt, and document processes to prevent repeat failures. 
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on web performance across the marketing team, providing clear status updates and establishing monthly/quarterly KPIs.

Tools & Platforms

  • Analytics & Tracking: GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
  • Performance & Health: GTmetrix, Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights.
  • User Behavior: Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity (Heatmaps and user journey analysis).
  • Digital Marketing: Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Collaboration: Figma, HubSpot, and cross-functional partnership with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web optimization with demonstrated ownership of performance outcomes. 
  • CRO Track Record: Proven success running A/B testing and heatmap analysis that produced measurable conversion improvements.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong command of GA4, GSC, GTmetrix, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into prioritized, actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes.
  • QA Discipline: Experience managing website releases with a structured QA process and low post-launch error rates. 
  • Communication: Excellent skills in articulating tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and surfacing issues proactively.
  • Builder Mentality: A self-directed, revenue-focused approach to web management.

Bonus Skills and Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with HubSpot and platform integrations. 
  • Familiarity with AEO and AI-driven search visibility strategies.
  • Working knowledge of site architecture and SEO keyword strategy.
  • Experience managing microsites or multiple web properties.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or demand-driven growth environments.
