Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Be a spokesperson in terms of professionalism through proper grooming, conduct and ability to present the hotel or serviced residence product and services effectively.
  2. Day-to-day sales activities include telemarketing, sales calls, hotel / serviced residence visits, entertainment, virtual presentations etc.
  3. Be familiar and effective in the sales process: create rapport, ask open questions, follow up, anticipate and manage expectations, advise conflicts, overcome objections, closing and obtain post-feedback.
  4. Acquire new sales leads / prospects and establish new accounts to grow account / client base.
  5. Foster and develop relationship with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty.
  6. Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly.
  7. Be familiar and diligent with various company systems and sales tools, such as property management system, customer relationship management system, booker loyalty where applicable
  8. Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure that we deliver the best to our guests
  9. Work collaboratively with the Revenue Management team to optimize the rates to the hotel / serviced residence.
  10. Provide timely responses and communication
  11. Gather and provide publicly available market information
  12. Provide timely updates to superior and team on activities and market information
  13. Achieve various monthly sales targets set to meet overall cluster budget.
  14. Promote and sign up clients for booker loyalty program
  15. Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis on performance of each account and forward action plans.
  16. Compliant with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/SOPs
  17. Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and long overdue.
  18. Participate in adhoc or promotional client and hotel / serviced residence activities.
  19. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Job Requirements:-

  1. Minimum 2 - 3 years managerial role in Hotel industry
  2. Able to work independently and very sales driven persoanlity 
  3. Preferrable candidate with hotel room sales experience for corporate
