About the job Business Development Executive
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a desire to pursue a rewarding career in sales
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Able to interact well with people at all levels
- Keen to develop personal competencies in business development and sales
- Strong personal discipline, with a willingness to work hard
- Possess own car, and willing to travel outstation
Responsibilities:
- Source new business leads and build good relationships with new client prospects
- Introduce, present and sell training solutions on personal effectiveness, change management, organizational leadership and communication skills to client organizations in Malaysia and Brunei
- Interact with clients to assess and understand their human capital development needs, and match those needs with the solutions we offer
- Make calls to schedule appointments with prospects
- Hold business conversations with clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Support client organizations through the HRDF process to claim for their training expenses
