Senior KIC Coordinator

The primary focus will be on ensuring sufficient stock for customers and completing orders and deliveries on time and in full.

The role involves liaising with internal Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to coordinate customer and departmental product demand, forecasting, order processing, invoice generation, and stock availability reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

Customer Interface & Operational Excellence

- Translate customer demand from the Sales team into a supply plan, aligning orders, forecasts, and inventory levels to meet delivery and revenue targets while adhering to industry best practices and cost-saving initiatives.

- Support the Business Development Manager by providing weekly visibility on product availability, delivery timelines, and forecast accuracy, while aiding business growth efforts and reducing credits, duplicate orders, and returns.

- Collaborate with Finance and the warehouse to ensure PODs and relevant documents are submitted promptly for revenue recognition.

Order and Supply Coordination

- Maintain customer stock usage and forecasts, contacting customers via phone and email to ensure data accuracy, stock visibility, and coordinate lead times with the supply chain to prevent overstock, write-offs, and stockouts.

Qualifications, Experience, Behaviors & Skills

Educational Background:

- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory coordination, or supply chain operations, ideally within the FMCG, manufacturing, or food & beverage sectors.
