What youll be doing if you get the job:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for business process management and
improvement.
Wholl you report to:
Youll be based within our Enterprise risk and Innovation (ERI) division at our head office in Sandton,
Johannesburg, and youll report to Team Leader: Process Analyst, who is accountable for Process
Governance and support within Enterprise Architecture.
Your knowledge:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of business processes
Understanding of the organisation of a company
Data analysis
Analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
Life insurance business processes
Microsoft office
SharePoint (preferable)
JIRA (preferable)
Financial governance and regulations pertaining to FICA
Your duties will include:
Review management of business correspondence
Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency and productivity
Liaise with management to continuously evaluate business processes and eliminate
inefficiencies
Liaise with business analysts and give input to business process design and modelling.
Responsible for efficient business process monitoring and execution
Administer and maintain reports within the functions performed
Maintain correspondence and other relevant catalogues
Audit client operation processes to make sure they are executed according to the design
Manage document control standards and processes throughout the company
Manage FIC-related controls, standards and processes throughout the company
Client engagement
Quality assurance checks for manual process steps
Your Qualifications and experience
Grade 12 or equivalent (Mathematics is essential)
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (preferable)
Minimum 2 years experience in this discipline
