About the job Associate Medical Requirements Consultant
Youll be based at our Client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. Youll report to the
Manager: Medical Requirements who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications, tele
underwriting and claims chase functions.
Your qualifications:
You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.
Your experience:
You must have exceptional telephone skills
Claims administration experience in short- or long-term insurance
Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable
Your skills and character traits:
