About the job Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a strong Recruitment Manager candidate to join our growing team. The successful incumbent has to have a solid sales track record in recruitment and the ability to manage a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Face-to-face business development efforts with potential clients within diversified industries.
  • Tele-sales and actively marketing the organizations offerings to suit client needs.
  • Distribution of company information to create awareness of company services.
  • Regular client visits (new and existing) to develop strong client relationships and understand clients staffing requirements.
  • Motivating and training of (new and existing) sales team to effectively reach sales target and improve customer service.
  • Coaching and mentoring of sales team.
  • Ensuring quality control measures and controls are in place to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Monitoring and continuous improvement of internal processes
  • Identifying gaps of the organisation and implements short, medium and long-term strategies to improve performance.
  • Compiling and presentation of periodic reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
  • Strong business development experience
  • At least 2 years management experience (managing a team).
  • Proven sales track-record.
  • Experience with working with medium to large clients offering HR or Recruitment services.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills (Microsoft suite, CRM and record-keeping).
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
