About the job Recruitment Manager
We are looking for a strong Recruitment Manager candidate to join our growing team. The successful incumbent has to have a solid sales track record in recruitment and the ability to manage a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Face-to-face business development efforts with potential clients within diversified industries.
- Tele-sales and actively marketing the organizations offerings to suit client needs.
- Distribution of company information to create awareness of company services.
- Regular client visits (new and existing) to develop strong client relationships and understand clients staffing requirements.
- Motivating and training of (new and existing) sales team to effectively reach sales target and improve customer service.
- Coaching and mentoring of sales team.
- Ensuring quality control measures and controls are in place to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of internal processes
- Identifying gaps of the organisation and implements short, medium and long-term strategies to improve performance.
- Compiling and presentation of periodic reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
- Strong business development experience
- At least 2 years management experience (managing a team).
- Proven sales track-record.
- Experience with working with medium to large clients offering HR or Recruitment services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong administration skills (Microsoft suite, CRM and record-keeping).
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
