What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development Rockstar:

  • Build Relationships, Close Deals: You'll be our ambassador to the world creating long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and crafting the perfect recruitment solutions for them.
  • Seal the Deal: From pitching to negotiating, you're all about securing new business and making sure we deliver exactly what our clients need (and then some).
  • Market Insight Guru: You know the industry inside out, and you're always a step ahead, keeping tabs on trends and opportunities that will help us stay on top.

Recruitment Team Leader:

  • Lead and Inspire: Your team will look to you for guidance and mentorship. You'll provide support and direction, while also empowering them to do their best work.
  • Master the Recruitment Cycle: You oversee every step of the hiring process from job posts to offer letters making sure the team stays sharp and delivers top-tier candidates every time.
  • Training and Development: You'll be the one shaping the next generation of recruiters. You'll spot skill gaps, run training sessions, and help the team grow professionally.
  • Set the Bar: You'll define KPIs for your team, keep everyone on track, and celebrate victories along the way.

Sourcing and Recruiting Superhero:

  • Attract the Best: You use every trick in the book to find the best talent from LinkedIn to job boards to creative networking.
  • Interview Like a Pro: You'll guide your team through the interview process, helping them find candidates who fit our clients' needs and company culture.
  • Offer Negotiation Master: Once the perfect candidate is found, you'll take the reins in offer negotiations and ensure everything goes smoothly for the candidate and the client.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing a recruitment team.
  • A proven track record in business development and 360 recruitment sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Someone who loves building client relationships, making deals happen, and having a real impact on the business.
  • Leadership skills that inspire and motivate a team to do their best work.
  • Multi-tasker extraordinaire you can balance recruitment cycles and client needs without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills you know how to talk to anyone, whether it's a client, a candidate, or your team.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and all things recruitment tech.
