To respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Legal Interact and the customer.   5. Focus on Contacts in the Legal Interact product set
  6. Solid written and verbal communication skills

  8. Ability to analyse and troubleshoot
  9. An understanding of Legal Contracts
  10. Receive and log a call on behalf of a client for support to be initiated
  11. Understanding and confirmation of the problem reported
  12. Ensuring that the case is assigned to the correct respondent
  • Matric is a must, tertiary qualification in the legal sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in the legal sector
  • Experience in Legal call centre or IT support
  • Working with deadlines
  • Delivering high-quality customer service
  • Must have prior experience in Contracts and the legal sector
  • Ability to understand and basic methodology around problem-to-resolution troubleshooting

Salary: R15 000 to R20 000
