POD (Proof of delivery) Administrator
We have a vacancy for a POD Administrator in Aeroton. Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric certificate, computer skills in Word and Excel
• Type 30 words per minute
• Have proficient experience in data capturing, customer liaising, and administrative duties.
• Have excellent Time Management & Organisational skills
• Have excellent Communication skills
• Be presentable and well-spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Be able to work under pressure
• Values – Team player, ‘Going the extra mile’, Positive attitude, Customer Empathy, Patience & Enthusiasm.
• Experience on Syspro will be an advantage.
Duties
• Processing of all queries relating to returns & short deliveries
• Ensuring that customer queries are dealt with timeously & logged.
• Assist with other admin functions when required
• Ensuring that an efficient telephone/telefax system is maintained.
• Log all Seasonal Collections and Returns
• Follow up on delivery returns daily by communicating at the Customer level
• Obtain order numbers for all Seasonal & Everyday Proformas
• Obtain payment from COD Customers
• Run and scrutinize daily reports
• Assisting Salesforce with any queries
• Trace all deliveries, returns, and collections
• Capturing of orders
• Warehouse adjustments on Sales Orders
CTC
• Salary Range: R150 000.00 per annum CTC divided by 13 months to accommodate 13th cheque.
• Provident fund: Yes, provident fund at 60% annual pensionable income.
