The successful candidate must possess the necessary attributes to perform the following:

  • Generate orders, Track & Control & G/L Awareness
  • Track & Control Budget vs Actual
  • Establish & motivate training needs
  • Control non-conformance Enquiries for HOD
  • Stocktaking 
  • Food Safety Awareness
  • Planning Controlling & Record Keeping

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 
  • Administration Qualification
  • 2-year relevant experience
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Experience in Administration, filing, calculations,
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Some knowledge of sourcing equipment & spares would be an advantage
  • Candidate will be up and down on site and definitely not only an office job.
  • Strong admin skills, experience 2 3 years
  • Computer skills important (MS excel, word, outlook, presentations)
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Resilient, self-starter, take initiative.
  • Energized and not draining
