- Generate orders, Track & Control & G/L Awareness
- Track & Control Budget vs Actual
- Establish & motivate training needs
- Control non-conformance Enquiries for HOD
- Stocktaking
- Food Safety Awareness
- Planning Controlling & Record Keeping

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Administration Qualification
- 2-year relevant experience
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Experience in Administration, filing, calculations,
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Some knowledge of sourcing equipment & spares would be an advantage
- Candidate will be up and down on site and definitely not only an office job.
- Strong admin skills, experience 2 3 years
- Computer skills important (MS excel, word, outlook, presentations)
- Strong communication skills required.
- Resilient, self-starter, take initiative.
- Energized and not draining
