Our client, a leader in the project management industry, is giving an opportunity to Law Graduates to gain some work experience. Law graduates between the age of 18 and 35 are invited to apply for this opportunity. This role will be based in Menlyn, Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Drafting of Legal Advice and opinions.
• Drafting and vetting of Contracts.
• Attendance of and advice to different Committees.
• Vetting of legal documents including operational manuals and policies.
• Drafting of briefing notes/Memos to the Executive Management.
• Drafting articles for publication in the internal Legal Brief.
• Deal planning and structuring.

Qualifications:

• LLB Degree or Bcom in Law
