Warehouse Manager

PURPOSE

Oversee and optimise all aspects of the warehouse operations. This role focuses on ensuring efficient material handling, timely kit release to production, staff development, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Education and Experience

Matric

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years in warehouse/store management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the electronic manufacturing sector is an advantage. (PIC, ISO)
• Skills & competencies
  Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Proficient in ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) and advanced reporting tools.
  Excellent communication and organizational skills
