Our client in the insurance industry is looking for experienced Call Centre Consultants who is looking for a challenge and progress in their careers.

The role of the Vehicle Warranty Sales Agent is to act as a good brand ambassador in order to grow the market share through the sale of our vehicle warranty product. A successful candidate achieves this goal through educating the customers on the benefits of products, providing excellent customer service, and exceeding sales targets.

Qualification and Experience Required:

• Matric
• RE5
• FETC: Short-term Insurance NQF4 or better
• Meet the regulatory requirements
• 2 years of call centre sales experience
• 1 year outbound call centre sales experience
• 1 year of Warranty/VAPS experience is essential
• Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language
