About the job Specialist: Corporate Wellbeing
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Social Work or a related field, as recognized by SAQA; be registered with a Professional Body; and have computer literacy and a valid driver's license, which should be indicated on the CV.
Experience: 3 years of experience in Employee Wellness Services.
Added Advantage: A Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations; Knowledge of relevant HR Policies; Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework for Public Service (e.g., EHW, HIV/TB/STI) and Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), PAIA, PAJA; Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act.
Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will Provide psychosocial support to employees and their immediate families; Market and Promote Wellbeing Services; Develop, analyse and review health and wellbeing policies; Manage and monitor the Employee Wellness (EW) Programmes; Establish and Maintain Wellbeing support Structures and Ensure adherence to Section 57 (Responsibilities of other Officials) of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
